Red Oak Retirement Homes

My family and I had to move my 92 yr old mother during the pandemic. I contacted dozens of retirement and assisted living homes. The difficulty of choosing the right place for a loved one is difficult enough but it is absolutely brutal during the pandemic. You can't visit the places to check them out to ensure your loved one will like the place or see if the staff are nice. Melissa Spidell from Red Oaks was amazing, she did a virtual tour of the entire place as well as take videos of the various suites they had available. Since getting a mover during the pandemic is very difficult Melissa arranged to furnish the suite until we could figure out how to move her things. I had so many questions and Melissa was always upbeat and reassuring. All the staff were great at helping us decide the best suite for my mother. My husband and I have enjoyed the Red Oak as our home for the past 4 years. Management excels in all aspects. The superior amenities; such as, salt water pool, pool room, gym, chapel and hair dressing makes our daily life enjoyable. After our family looked at many they chose Red Oak without hesitation, We would not consider any other facility!

The Red Oak is beyond good it is excellent. I have enjoyed 3.5 years as a resident and it meets all expectations. Management is quick to respond to any concerns with immediate action. The management team understands the community and its needs.
